Atlas Mountains Full-Day Tour

This is an amazing day tour out of the hustle & bustle of Marrakech city. I will take you on this amazing day tour to discover the high atlas mountains which are located about 65km from Marrakech. You should join me on this great tour so that we explore Imlil valley which is situated at 1740m above sea level. This is a place where I was born and grew up. I know it very well, and I like to share it with tourists. It is the trailhead of trekking tours to Mount toubkal which is the highest peak in North Africa & in Morocco. Imlil is a small beautiful valley known for its miraculous beauty and its original and limitless landscapes inspiring the admiration of the visitors, and by an enchanting valley. You will absolutely appreciate the different climbs and descents of the mountains bordering the entrance of the big Moroccan atlas. You will like this day trip because I will give more insight about the berber culture in this area.

I will come & pick you up from your Hotel in Marrakech at 9:30 am. Then, we drive towards the high atlas mountains which are very closer to Marraech city. We will make frequent stops along the way. After 30 minutes drive, our first stop will be in Tahenaout town which is the Province of Al Haouz plain. You will get an insight about an old berber village in this tow; this village is called Azrou ( Rock). Then, we will carry on driving to the next stop which is called Azerg, known by camels & Horses for those who want to do some camel ridiging or horse riding. After that, we will keep driving towards Imlil valley, we pass via Asni town which is known by its weekly market that takes place every Saturday. Once we get to Imlil valley, we will go to have a cup of tea before we go on short hike around some berber villages. It will take around 1h30 to 2h walk.
