This Desert trip is 3days/2nights tour from Fes to Fes, to have an extraordinary memory and unforgettable experience all along your way to Merzouga Sahara desert with camel trekking, first drive from Fes towards the middle Atlas Mountains, a break for a short walk in Ifrane city known as the little Switzerland of Morocco, head through the cedar forest where you will enjoy meeting the monkeys, afterwards continue our way to Midelt city where we'll stop for lunch , drive through the gorges and canyons where you will enjoy the fascinating landscape, a break at Ziz Valley is a must to breath pure air and take photos, after that we will head directly to Erfoud town where you will spend your first night in desert area, the second day is a day trip to Merzouga passing by Rissani town to visit the "Souk" market where you can see the donkeys market and locals shopping(if your visit coincides with the weekly market), continue to Merzouga from where you will experience the guided camel ride to Erg Chebbi- the camp
Your Fes tour itinerary
Day 1: Fez - Ifrane - Midelt - Erfoud. (7h) 8:30 am depart from hotel/riad. Drive over the Middle Atlas mountains through the cedar forest, Ifrane & Azrou, Enjoy many stops for so many landscapes, fresh air, hand-feed the monkeys Break for Lunchtime at Local Restaurant in Midelt, then head to Erfoud city, overnight at your accommodation. Day2 : Erfoud - Rissani - Merzouga - Erg Chebbi. Today, after your breakfast, pick you up and drive towards Rissani, visit the main attractive places, continue to Merzouga , Upon arrival there relaxing few minutes, to be ready to enjoy camels trekking adventure in the sand dunes. Dinner under starry sky with Berber drums music. Spend the night in an equipped camp. Day 3: Merzouga-Midelt-Immouzer-Fez. wake up early to enjoy the sunrise by camel riding back to the hotel for Breakfast. Leave for Fez, break for lunch in Berber village, continue our way to Immouzer city where you can visit (depending on availibility) a family still using the troglodyte house. Drop off Fez
