Full day trip to the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco

In this excursion we will take you to Immouzer town, which is famous for its Apple Festival in September. We will stop their to see the market and buy apples. Then we head to Ifran, known as the "Switzerland of Morocco", and considered to be the first Berbers small city, it's an amazing quiet and comfortable place that certainly worth a visit. After Ifran we will drive straight toward azrou another fantastic city, it's well known for its cedar forest; one of the sub-population of the Barbary macaque and the unique butterflies. At the end of this wonderful excursion, I will take you back to your accommodation in Fez city. I'd be very smart, take on your comfortable shoes to walk easily while this tour.

we will head to explore some fascinating destinations located in the region of Fes. To start with, we will stop for Immouzer, a little town inland the hills. It is Known for the production of apples and its UNESCO apple festival, which combines the people's rituals with their beloved fruit. After discovering Immouzer, we will turn to Ifrane, which is a remarkable town, embodying the European building style, due to the falling snow that is so frequent in winter. We will stop there for photos beside the "Rocky" Lion of Atlas before we continue our way to the neighbouring Azrou, which in Berber means "stone". Just a few Kilometres from there is " the residence area" of the only Monkies of North Africa. You will be able to see them closely climbing and picking whatever you hand them. Drive back to Fes in the afternoon. Important: Lunch will be served in either Ifran or Azrou, depending on time and your choice.
