Come and enjoy a day of discovery with me! My goal is for you to have an amazing experience and learn a thing or two about our beloved Mexico, so you can tell the folks back home they can come and visit, too! Mexico is a place of wonders, where surrealism is genetically coded into its culture. This country is a great place to collect memorable experiences, have fun, and learn about one of the world's most diverse places. SO CLOSE, YET SO DIFFERENT!!! I have worked extensively in the Country, both as a tour guide and as an advisor for many rural communities. Whether its the wine country, Ensenada City, or it's natural surroundings you'd like to visit, I'm here to get you there and make it count! I was part of the editorial specialists in the first Accreditation for Specialized Guides in Adventure and Ecotourism back in 1994, which would later become the official NOM-09-TUR-2002 of SECTUR (Mexican Secretary of Tourism). Became accredited by the Federal Ministry of Tourism as Professional Guide in Environmental, Nature and Adventure Tourism (1999). I edited two of the Alternative Tourism Fascicles for SECTUR. I have designed and facilitated courses in many rural communities for the Natural Protected Areas and the National Forest Mexican Commissions, among others.

I designed this tour because I am passionate about food, but also about pedals! I like to know and experiment local flavors and also love to share my knowledge of those little places that are like delicious jewels scattered about in Ensenada. This is an easy bike ride through the streets of Ensenada visiting different kinds of Mexican tacos that seal the experience with a gourmet coffee, Aztec like chocolate, tejuino or even a glass of wine. Because gourmet is not always fancy, but is always delicious!
This tour may begin at noon, just in time for lunch. We may adjust the schedule according to your times. 12 pm. We meet at the flagpole, just outside the cruise port. The first thing is to adjust the bike and helmets, so that it fits everyone perfectly. 12. 30 am. We are rolling to our first stop: sea urchin and clam tostada, or maybe a tuna-mango ceviche 1. 15 pm. Stop for the classic taco de pescado, fish and shrimp taco. 1. 45 pm Its time for the taco de carnitas, a traditional southern dish 2. 30 pm Farewell with a coffee, a craft beer or a glass of wine
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.

Prolongación Castillo, Ensenada, Baja California, 22800, Mexico
Right at the huge flagpole outside the cruise port, to the left over the pedestrian bridge. It usually has a beautiful Mexican flag. The plaza is called "Ventana al Mar"
