La Bufadora & Taco Tasting Shore Excursion

Tours by Locals: Hazel Picked up from the port with cold waters for us. Stopped at a great lookout point for panoramic photos of pacific and overview of La Bufadora. Drove to La Bufadora and walked through the market. Ate tacos at Lidia’s Taco Grill- delicious! We also drove through downtown Ensenada. Hazel was very pleasant and a fun and informative guide. Very knowledgeable about history culture and agriculture production in area.

Hazzel was absolutely wonderful!!! She was so so warm and kind and friendly. We had a group of 13 people, and every single person commented on how much they loved Hazzel! It is very clear how much she loves her city and how passionate she is in sharing everything she can with her clients. We took a trip to La Bufadora in a large van, which is a 45 min drive each way, and she did the entire trip there and back facing backwards in the front passenger seat, talking to us, answering questions, and sharing information about the history, agriculture, and culture of the area. It was non stop interaction. She was 100 percent engaged with us, ensuring we were having a wonderful time. While at La Bufadora, she helped us navigate the flea market, took us to tacos at Lidia's Tacos. Then back in Ensenada we went to 2 more taco shops, Tacos Fenix, and El Castillo! THE BEST FISH TACOS IN THE WORLD!

I had a fantastic day with Hazzel Ruvalcaba Lopez. She brought me to the blow hole. I got soaking wet but had a blast. Then she brought me to a restaurant for very good Tacos. She told me what was around us. She described the flowers. I felt very safe. I would hire her again if I ever went back there. Thank you Hazzel for such a fun day!!!!!

Hazzel was an outstanding tour guide for our time in Ensenada. She picked us up on time at the cruise port and took us to the market and La Bufadora. Having Hazzel with us through the market seemed to ensure that we were not gouged on prices of souvenirs. She was also able to recommend reputable shops, and she seemed to know everyone there, it was an absolutely perfect experience. Her knowledge of Ensenada was very extensive, and you could tell that she has many years of experience as a guide. Everyone in my group was very impressed with her. Her driving was also excellent, and we returned to the ship on time. I would highly recommend Hazzel for anyone planning a trip to Ensenada. She is very friendly, speaks perfect English, and is an amazing tour guide.
