Penang Hill with a height of 833 meters above sea level is a hill resort located in the central area of Penang Island approximately 9 km from Georgetown City. It is a hilly area with tropical rain forest that used to be a resting place for British officers during its reign. Now, this hill has become a focal point for visitors who want to see the history, flora & fauna as well as the funicular train that is only available in Malaysia. Among the tropical forest above this hill there are several historical buildings and some of them are still operating until now such as 'Bel Retiro' Bungalow & Bellevue Hotel. Therefore, tourists will be taken to explore historical places through refreshing natural areas while the tour guide sharing the history and plants around the tour route.
