Penang Free and Easy Full Day Tour

I had a great time with King Bee (real name) on my tour. Saw a lot, learned a lot, and left wanting to experience more. I highly recommend King and would book with him for future tours.

I booked King Bee as our tour guide for our family holiday. He took us around Penang for 3 full days in a mini van with a dedicated driver. At each of the attractions King Bee followed us around and gave insightful commentary. He is also very flexible in accommodating impromptu changes to the itinerary. Thanks King Bee.

Max was our guide in Penang in conjunction with our family reunion. For two days we toured attractions on the island. Max was always prompt, he provided us with a lot of information, and he organized the schedule well. We were a group with varying ages from 5 to 69. He handled all the arrangements with ease, and kept track of us if we were on the move. Having Max to get tickets for our entire group at various attractions made things stress-free.

Max had the unenviable task of taking us on a bespoke tour relating to my family history, and so the locations were new to him too. However, he was fantastic in finding the buildings we wanted to see (no mean feat!), prompt in meeting us, and informative about the general area which made our long drive much more pleasant. I would definitely recommend Max if you are wanting a local guide.

Max(King) was an excellent & knowledgeable guide and we learnt some jungle survival skills at Penang Hill. Max was pro-active to include Air Itam Assam Laksa (not in our itinerary) to try the food that only locals are able to find. The Bak Kut Teh lunch place had excellent & cheap food, a definite must try. Max was generous to let us have the use of the van for an hour without extra charge
