Overview of your Penang tour
A not to be missed unique hybrid of a mini food tour with cooking class for novice / seasoned cooks. Classes are conducted by renown Penang Heritage cooks/chefs. The tour starts with a mini food tour, market tour and then proceed to the home of the chef to dabble in the preparations of ingredients bought from the wet market. You will be guided by the chef all the way to help u cooked like a local pro. Thereafter, you will partake in your creations of our local cuisine…. Be it street food or Heritage cuisine. Menu may varies depending on chef’s discretion. It can be Nyonya cuisine, famous Penang street food or if u hv any local eats / preferences you wld like to learn….let me know & I will check with the chef.
Your Penang tour itinerary
8.30am - Meet & greet at Chowrasta Mkt bus stop 8.45am - 1st food stop 9.30am - proceed to wet market & buy the local ingredients for the class. 10.30am - 2nd food stop 11am - transported to the home of chef to start the cooking class. 1pm - sit down to lunch with your cooking & reviews your newly acquired culinary skill. 2pm - end of tour with a happy tummy & memories.
