Our day starts with Jeita Grotto, two majestic separate, but interconnected karstic limestone caves. The caves were nominated for the seven new world wonders. The Jeita upper cave has 750 metres (2, 460 ft) of accessible walk-way, known for having the longest stalactite in the world. After visiting the upper caves, you then take a small boat-ride in the lower caves a truly unique experience.

We then move on to the telephrique, a cable-car ride that takes you to Harissa, Where Our Lady of Lebanon sits. Our Lady of Lebanon is one of the most important shrines in the world honoring the Virgin Mary. The shrine is highlighted by a huge, 15-ton bronze statue of the Immaculate Conception, Mother of God.

Our last stop: Byblos. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Astonishingly having survived the Phoenicians, Romans, the crusades, and Ottomans, the city charms visitors: from its Souqs(markets) to its magnificent harbor and sea-side promenade.

We start our day by visiting The Beiteddine Palace which is a masterpiece of the early 19th century Lebanese architecture built by Emir Bechir Chehab II around a small Muslim-Druze hermitage. It lies 45 km southeast of Beirut and is situated 900 meters above sea level.

The Beiteddine Palace, with its vast courtyards and beautiful fountains, ochre stone and perfectly geometrical arcades, is a wonderful sight to behold. The imposing doors of inlaid marble, the typical 'mandaloun' balconies closed in by intricate woodwork, and the richly colored windows are all characteristic of the period.

Our next stop is the Al-Chouf Cedar Nature Reserve, Situated about 60 kilometers from Beirut, is the largest nature reserve in Lebanon. It is home to about 25% of all cedars in Lebanon. The Lebanese cedar is a national symbol and is portrayed on the Lebanese flag. A must-see for nature lovers.

The dry upper galeries contains one of the world's most impressive agglomerations of stalactites and stalagmites. Next we will visit the gigantic white-painted bronze statue of the Virgin of Lebanon in Harissa and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the Jounieh bay.
After that we will go to Byblos which is considered to be the oldest city in the world, inhabited for more than 8000 years. The cradle of civilization, the city of Byblos gave its name to the Bible and became the starting point of the world's first alphabet. Our day start with Mseilha fortress built in the 17th century to guard the route from Tripoli to Beirut. The fortress sits atop a rocky mound in the Batroun Area in Northern Lebanon.

Our next stop is Saint Anthony church in Qozhaya (11th century); considered to be one of the oldest monasteries of the valley of Qadisha. In 1584, the first printing press of the Middle East was installed in this monastery.

Our third stop is the Gibran Museum; Khalil Gibran was a famous Lebanese writer, poet, and visual artist. Gibran was born in the town of Bsharri in the Mount Lebanon.

Our last visit is to the Cedars of Gods; it is one of the last vestiges of the extensive forests of the Lebanon cedar, that once thrived across Mount Lebanon in ancient times.
