in me and experience the most magnificent natural wonders and sweeping views of my beloved Lebanon. We begin at Jeita Grotto, a true natural masterpiece and finalist in the New7Wonders of Nature. You will explore two interconnected cave systems, by foot and by boat, shaped over millions of years. We then pass through Jounieh Bay to reach Our Lady of Lebanon Harissa, one of the world’s most important Marian shrines. The 15-ton bronze statue of the Virgin Mary overlooks the coast, extending her hands toward Beirut. The day ends in Byblos, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Discover its 8,000 years of history through the citadel, ancient harbor, temples, Persian fortifications, Roman road, Byzantine churches, Crusader remains, and the medieval and Ottoman old town. And of course, being here without tasting real Lebanese food is not an option. I will guide you to the best local spots for authentic cuisine, far from the typical tourist places.
