The tour includes the visit of the monumental synagogue (one of the largest ones in Europe), one of the most beautiful and impressive in the whole world and/or the Jewish Cemetery (please not that both sites are not to be visited on Jewish Holidays and that the synagogue can not be visited on Friday) either We can continue with the visit of the Jewish Museum and a walk through the sites in town which are most significant to Jewish History (places where Jewish writers and poets used to live or related to their lives), including the 2 former ghetto areas and some 'Stolpersteine' (stumblig stones, stones placed where Jewish families or personalities were deported from). A stop at the Café San Marco (which is very tightly related to Jewish history and to many - mostly jewish - writers ad poets who lived in Trieste) is a pleasant option
During this tour we will see: - the amazing Synagogue - the elegant Café San Marco and the Jewish-related sites in the downtown area - the Jewish Museum - the old ghettos And if you want I am happy to customize the tour for you.
