Hi, my name is Paola. I was born in Trieste, where I grew up, and after high school I have lived in many different countries. I have qualified as an official tour leader and official tour guide and now I have almost 13 years experience as a tour guide. I love my hometown and I am happy to share my knowledge and to transmit my enthusiasm for my amazing hometown and its breathtaking surroundings. My interest in history and history of art go back to the time of my classical education and university. I then deepened this knowledge with additional studies and developed also further interests in botanic and also in the history of cinema, religions and gastronomy. But I can also provide you with some. . . 'vintage gossip'! I am happy when I can share my enthusiasm for the place I live and its amazing surroundings. I have written and conducted broadcasts of cultural and musical content for the radio. What I love about my profession: I love when people fall in love with this town and its region…that they are here for the first or for the tenth time… I love discovering people's interests and adapt my tour to them… I am particularly proud to be able to always offer personally tailored tours, always very attentive to my guests' feedback, keeping a constant contact with them and being very flexible in order to meet their expectations.
