I've been guiding for forty years, but I'm still passionate as the first day as I consider this job as my favorite hobby. I like to show visitors my beautiful city and I love to share my knowledge with enthusiasm and professionalism. In my visits, I lead visitors to enjoy their personal experience lighting the spark of curiosity and unveiling hidden places according to their needs and tastes. I was born in Faenza, the city of ceramics, and I come from a small village 15 km from Ravenna, Russi, where my mother still lives. I have been living in Ravenna since I got married, 27 years ago. I lived in Paris and London, working for companies there, where I improved my French and English. I also worked for tourist resorts. This offered me the opportunity to create shows and dance, as I was a "regisseuse", and travel. Dance is my passion. I'm getting old but I still take contemporary and tap dance classes. I will dance till the end! I really love to travel. Culture and art enrich your spirit and open your mind. Every year I visit at least one foreign city and one Italian city with my husband and my son. I want to pass on to my son the value of opening up to the world. I had the wish to learn foreign languages in order to have neither barriers nor borders since I was a kid. I speak fluently English and French. This led me to become a local guide in Ravenna just after my high school graduation in foreign languages. I have a degree in sociology, specialized in communication and mass media. Licensed interpreter since 1989. Tourist entertainer diploma in 1984. Public relations diploma in 1991. University degree in sociology in 2001. High School diploma in foreign languages in 1983. I keep on studying and often I attend refresher courses. I do not have any restrictions in regard to my guiding. I can offer a full range of experiences.
