Hello everyone, my name is Charlie. I live in the bay Islands of Roatan, Honduras. I'm 39 years of age, married with three kids. I'm a born and raised islander and I know all history and best locations here in Roatan. My hobbies are hanging with my family, listening to music, playing basketball, snorkeling by the reef, which is amazing. We have the 2nd largest coral reef in the world, Australia is #1. Also, I enjoy fishing with family and friends. The fishing industry is the #2 income for us islanders in Roatan. The #1 income is Tourism for all islanders. Overview of your Roatan tour
I will take you to Roatan East End (the other half) of the island and explore the amazing mangrove forest by water taxi. This trip is highly recommended for all visitors as you will see Roatan through the native eyes. When you leave the cruise ship dock to the east end of the island you will enjoy the scenic and spectacular view. As the ride continues, we make a stop where you can get outside of the transportation to get great photos opportunities. When we leave the Oak Ridge dock we have the option of passing through the Garifuna town where you can appreciate traditions and culture also visit the Garifuna Cultural Center. This is a perfect tour for a Shore Excursion.

Charlie is a native and grew up in the East End. The mangrove tunnel trip was amazing and stopped at a little shack along the boat ride for the best margaritas plantains and conch cevhcie. Also stoped at Camp Bay beach and DJs Monkeys and Sloth. Charlie was very willing to take us anywhere we wanted and had a clean and comfortable car.

Charlie was great, very personable and knowledgeable about the island. The mangrove tour as part of it was beautiful and the driver's cousin Odessa was kind to take pictures even though she was with another group. Highly recommend.
