Greetings from Roatan, my name is Janna, I was born and raised on the beautiful Island of Roatan and continue to call this small piece of paradise home. I love to travel and enjoy meeting people from all around the globe. I enjoy spending a lot of time on the water, whether on a boat above the surface or in the water snorkeling. My passion is cooking and I love to host guest at my dinner table. I left Roatan to pursue my higher education in Costa Rica and returned home and practiced for 5 years but really did not like being stuck inside the office all day. My love for cooking, entertaining guest, conversation and showing people around the Island got me into the tour industry. I now have the perfect job that allows me to do what I love, meeting new people from around the globe and showing them the beautiful island I call home, our way of life and the awesome people that live here. Overview of your Roatan tour

Take in the western highlights and visit some of the popular hotspots on your short visit to Roatan. Visit a small wildlife park where you will see monkey's, macaws, sloths and other species. You will be able to interact with certain species and get up close for photos with the sloths (no interaction). Shopping stops are on the itinerary and are optional, you may skip whatever stops you wish. We will visit The Roatan Chocolate Factory, The Roatan Rum Company, The Macaw Market, Halukiliki gift shop & The Rusty Fish. Please note, these are all small shops. Free samples of chocolate, rum cake and rum at the shops. Great photo op at The Rum Company. A scenic drive thru the town of West End, optional time to stop for a walk and check out the shops, beach bars or restaurants. Optional visit to West Bay Beach can be added on upon arrival to one of the many resorts that offer day passes ranging from $20 per person. You can also opt to grab lunch instead at the beach if you do not wish to purchase a day pass.

Great tour, Janna was awesome!!! Personable, local knowledge, and flair. She took us to what we wanted to see and skipped what we didn’t. Great little beach bar she took us to for food and drink! Rainy, gloomy day and she made it great with Monkey/Sloth, chocolate (crazy how not sweet and “tart” it was), local highlights, view points, food. Wife and daughter loved her! She met us right where she said she would be outside the main gate and when you told the locals who you were meeting they backed off. Highly recommend! #alwaystimeforapitstop!
