Trip to the biggest Estonian national park

Lahemaa National park occupies a big territory at the northern part of Estonia. It's situated near Tallinn and includes beautiful landscapes at the Baltic sea coast, pine forests, noblemen manors and late Bronze Age burial places. On our first stop you will see unique Bronze Age barrows and will know more about life in Bronze Age. Then we're going to visit impressive Baroque Palmse manor. This is a historical place where count von der Palen was raised. This man changed the course of Russian history, leading the conspiracy against Russian Emperor Paul I. The palace gives an overview of the history of the estate and noblemen way of life. The impressive landscaping may be enjoyed in the grand manor park. After Palmse we'll stop at Võsu village, known among locals for its spectacular seashore with glacial erratic boulders. Finally we can have a lunch in the 19-th century tavern with a local menu.
