Hello, and welcome to Tallinn! My name is Davide and I have been a private tour guide since 2006. My great interest in Baltic history and society made me start this profession; besides, I really enjoy showing Tallinn guests from all over the world how wonderful this city is. During my excursions, you will be introduced to all interesting aspects of Tallinn, and Estonia. This part of Europe is less known, but only because for many years the Iron Curtain has prevented visitors to easily access it. However, the area, and especially Tallinn, was one of the richest and most thriving cities in Northern Europe. In the past 15 years, also thanks to EU membership, tourism has increased, and you will have the opportunity to see one of the best preserved Hanseatic old towns. Overview of your Tallinn tour
You will visit and get acquainted to the most important places in the historical capital of Estonia. The tour will also include a visit to the Tallinn Jewish center together with museum and synagogue.
Your Tallinn tour itinerary
I will pick you up from the agreed meeting point (cruise terminal, ferry terminal, hotel in Tallinn, airport), with my private car at a time suitable for you. Program: -Old Town walking tour. Upper Old Town: governor's garden, castle's square, Orthodox Cathedral, Dome Church, panoramic terraces. Lower Old Town: walls of the city, Pikk Street, Town Hall Square. -Lunch break -Drive to the Jewish center, where we will visit the Tallinn Synagogue, and the Jewish Museum. -Drive back to the port or any ending point of the excursion
