I was born in Tallinn and I am Estonian. Since I was a little boy I loved to stroll around in the Old Town and discover exciting places. I spent half of my youth in the Soviet Union times and the other half when Estonia became independent. The history of Estonia has perhaps not been the easiest, but with some good humor you can explain even the most difficult parts. I have travelled a lot myself and it made me understand the value of my homeland even more. Sharing my knowledge of local life is my passion. With me, you would get a personal experience that you'd never get on a regular big group bus excursion. I sure do have lots of knowledge about history and architecture but my strong suit is storytelling about local life. From legends, to historical people, to the everday life of locals. I love traveling, cooking, history and I am mostly a cheerful person. For the past 15 years I have taken care of tailor made small tours in the entirety of Estonia. I am very flexible and will adapt tour by your interests and prefrences. Looking forward to make your trip to Estonia something you rememeber! 15+ years of experience in the Tourism Industry None.

Wander ancient cobblestones of Tallinn medieval old town. From towering spires to hidden medieval courtyards, this fully customizable tour reveals the soul of Tallinn old town In only an hour drive from Tallinn lies the nature wonderland that is Lahemaa National Park. As the name actually means - "land of bays", this really is an accurate discription, with lots of coastline to discover too. This national park belongs to the European Natura 2000 network, mainly Lahemaa's birds and wilderness area. I'll take you to the best places there are to show during your day trip! But Lahemaa is not only about nature. . . There are beautiful manors to visit too. They belonged to noted German families over 100 years ago and are mostly museums now. We'll also go across small villages with a history of boatmaking, which hide stories of prohibition, booze smuggling and seal hunting. In fact, I'll also tell you why fishing was prohibited for nearly 50 years.
·Our tour would start with a pickup from any location within Tallinn. We have old town walking tour with all the highlihgts (Town hall square, Toompea hill view platform, Nevski cathedral etc) ·We will have 1h drive from Tallinn to our first stop in Viru forest, including its bog boardwalk. ·We'd then pass by Palmse manorhouse and park. ·Next, we'd reach the coastal village of Võsu. ·Afterwards, we'd have a lunch break in a local tavern. ·After our lunch, we'd visit the Käsmu "captain" village museum. ·What follows would be the Käsmu nature & culture historical trail. ·Next, we'd marvel at Jägala waterfall. ·At last, we'd finish our tour going back to either the same location or a different place in Tallin, depending on your preference. This itinerary could be customized to meet your specific preferences.
