Toronto is a vibrant city with a strong artistic spirit. With over 50 art galleries and sculptures scattered throughout downtown, you'll find a celebration of the animal kingdom, and local legends. Street art is supported by both the city and local businesses, and even our mailboxes pay homage to Canadian icons. On this tour, we’ll venture through alleyways to discover stunning murals and visit a variety of art galleries, both large and small. Come along as we explore the work of local artists and immerse ourselves in the city's creative energy.
Chinatown / Kensington Market - It's in the same neighborhood as the Art Gallery of Ontario, some of my favorite street art, and great vintage clothing stores. Queen Street West - One of those hippest streets in Toronto, Will walk past the city TV building, go down graffiti alley and Nathan Phillips Square a picture with the Toronto sign. Yorkville Once a hippies paradise now known as the prestigious Mink Mile, with haute couture fashion, world-class art galleries, charming laneways. Entertainment / Financial District - Canada Walk of Fame in front of Royal York Theater, then walk past some cows, and a few elephants. The Esplanade - The dogs at Berczy Park where 27 dogs & a cat are sitting around a fountain, past a Banksy then onto St. Lawrence Market. Distillery District - it's now the place to be in Toronto, area filled Artisan cafes and art studios. Harbourfront Power Plant - A Contemporary Gallery dedicated to Canadian and International artists, always has interesting exhibits

Throughout the tour, we’ll be walking and using Toronto’s efficient public transit system, the TTC, which includes subways, streetcars, and buses. One of the benefits of using public transit is that it gives you a little rest from walking while still offering an authentic local experience. You’ll hear interesting stories about the TTC along the way, learning how it’s become a crucial part of Toronto’s history and daily life. The TTC fare is $3.25 for up to 2 hours of travel, but don’t worry about the details – we’ll take care of everything when we meet. By the end of the tour, you’ll feel comfortable navigating the TTC yourself and will be ready to explore even more of Toronto during your visit.
