Leon took us to two very interesting places that he had to make prior arrangements for: a video, talk and questions on the Saint Jacobs area Mennonite population; a dairy farm where cheese production was the primary product. We got a personal tour of the cheese factory with the owner and an assistant explaining the operation and answering numerous questions. We also spent time at an extensive farmers market and walked a lovely gorge. Leon is an interesting conversationalist and a very friendly person.
