Hello, I am your friendly guide with 33 years experience, and a member of the Canadian Tour Guides Association. Why wait for 6 hours during a layover? I can show you Toronto rather than you being bored at the airport. Do you have a whole day? Niagara region, Ste. Marie Among the Hurons - the seventeenth century Indian village, or visit the Mennonite country at St. Jacobs, African Lion Safari or the McMichael Gallery in the hamlet of Kleinburg. If you would like to go elsewhere, I can create a custom tour just for you. I drive a red Toyota Corolla. And if you happen to have a Handicapped sign that I can display in my car, please bring it. Does not matter what country issued it. Clean Abstract. Police clearance, RCMP clearance, Vulnerable Persons clearance. Graduated hotel management; Teach international etiquette; Retired music teacher. I don't travel well with small children or animals in the car.

Toronto is the world's most multicultural city. Browse at the St. Lawrence market in Old Town, compare Old City Hall to the New City Hall, see the Legislative Building, drive in to the core of University of Toronto, Bloor Street, Bata Shoe museum, elegant Yorkville, funky Kensington market, have an authentic dim sum in Chinatown, see the Art Gallery Ontario College of Arts high above the ground see the CN Tower close-up, Canadian National Railway display, see the aquarium and Skydome; finish the tour with maybe a beer tasting, Soma chocolate and an afternoon coffee at the Distillery District.

Thank you Adeodata for a great tour! It was an excellent introduction to Toronto.
We found Adeodata when searching for Toronto private tours on Guides By Locals. She was great. We spent over 6 hours with her learning about Toronto and seeing so many of its interesting features. From impressive buildings to the St. Lawrence Market to manicured neighborhoods and everything in between. She is a font of information about all, and a delightful host, allowing us to experience local ice cream, chocolates, coffee, a dim sum lunch and local beer, all while learning a tremendous amount about this great city. And she is a delightful and very interesting person, with many personal stories that exemplify the fine character of the city. Highly recommended.
We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring Toronto with our tour guide, Adeodata! From the city's vibrant markets and diverse ethnic neighborhoods to its historic buildings, iconic businesses, and fascinating local history, every stop was thoughtfully chosen and brought to life with engaging stories and plenty of humor. The delicious food and beverage samplings along the way were a wonderful bonus, giving us the opportunity to experience Toronto's incredible multicultural culinary scene. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about sharing the city's rich history and culture, making the entire day both educational and entertaining. This tour was an excellent value and one of the highlights of our visit to Toronto. If you're looking for a fun, informative, and memorable way to experience the city, I highly recommend this tour. You won't be disappointed!
Adeodata is a wonderful tour guide who is happy to share Toronto with her guests. The tour started on time with Adeodata sharing a map and itinerary with us. We had asked for two additions to the tour which she was able to seamlessly include in the day. We had a great overview of Toronto which included a delicious Dim Sum lunch. Thank you for another wonderful day, Adeodata!
