We spent several days in Toronto and the highlight of the trip had to be our drive to, and tour of, Niagara Falls. Our tour guide, Leon, was amazing! He drove us to Niagara Falls, dropped us off there and parked the car, found us again and led us to various points to see different views of them. On the way back, he took us to various other sights around the area including Welland Canal and the lovely town of Niagara on the Lake where we had a delicious lunch. Leon was charming, interesting, informative and had encyclopedic knowledge of the area! He is an absolutely fantastic guide!

The waterfalls are located 135 km (82 ml. ) from Toronto at the border of Canada and the USA it takes 8-10 hours to visit the region and all its beauty. The Canadian horseshoe falls are magnificent year round. Summer and winter offers a different but equally fascinating view of these thundering waterfalls. The falls are within the provincial Niagara Parks system and other than walking the park there are many ways to enjoy the area. the most impressive way to view Niagara Falls is with the Hornblower Boat Cruise to the base of the Falls, a hike behind the falls or by helicopter overlooking the Falls and the Niagara river. The historic town Niagara on the lake is famous for their local wineries, Botanical gardens, and historical architecture. for those looking for excitement we can book you on a jet boat tour cruising the Niagara river before returning to Toronto
