My background is in Photography and Fine Art, so my tours have a fun, creative edge, and I can take you to some of Toronto's more interesting, off-the-beaten-track neighborhoods. I also do specialist art tours and foodie tours, where I will take you around some of Toronto's greatest art galleries (including the Art Gallery of Ontario, where I am a Gallery Guide), or for foodie tours, taking you into shops selling gourmet delights and local specialties, some of which are completely unique to Toronto. My tours are all on foot, or by bicycle for certain areas, by special arrangement, all accessible by public transit. I am passionate about my city, Toronto, and would love to share that passion with you and make your visit a memorable one. -Fully licensed Niagara guide -Member of the Tourist Guide Association of Toronto -WSET certification in wine and spirits -First Aid and CPR trained -Specialist in culinary and art tours I am not a driver, and all my tours are on foot or by bicycle, and all tours meet close to public transit.

Toronto is not only diverse in its population but also its abundance of local and international culinary delights. This tour will take you to St. Lawrence Market, Toronto's famous century-old indoor food market, and then to the equally historic and charming Distillery District, a converted Victorian industrial complex, filled with speciality food stores, charming coffeehouses, cafes, restaurants, and a beer brewery. I will take you to some of the most well-known and loved food stalls in St. Lawrence Market and explain their specialties for you to taste and/or buy. We will then walk to the Distillery District (15 minute walk), North America's finest example of Victorian Industrial architecture, beautifully converted into a pedestrian-friendly district filled with shops, restaurants and artist studios.
Fantastic adventure that was well planned. We had a wonderful time chatting, eating and learning. I highly recommend this tour.
Our guide Felicia went over and above in preparing this tour for our group. My spouse and I go on food tours in other cities when we travel but for this one we were local! We asked Felicia to go easy on the typicval Canadian foods since we know them. Also, we had a few food sensitivies that we needed to have her accomodate. I'm sure she spent considerable time organizing and selecting appropriate vendors. Food selections were great - choose, oyster, arepa, lots of chocalte! I am interested to go other tours by Felicia - she does Kensington market too. She planned and executed this tour perfectly. Choose her for your Toronto food tour.
Felicia was a most accommodating guide and gratefully accepted all of our special requests. Her historic knowledge of the building, the food and the market was just what we needed and was a pleasure to spend the morning with. She even took us to a lesser known area that not many people know about. Highly recommend her foodie tour!
Last week we did a great tour with tour guide Felicia in Kensington Market. We had several "food" stops to show the diversity of the kitchens in that area. Everyone loved the area and loved the stops and the dishes served.
Felicia was a fantastic guide. It is obvious she loves her city and wants to share all its assets with visitors. We would book again with her and without hesitation! Thanks for a great day with you, Felicia!
What a fun tour. We got a nice city tour and enjoyed numerous special foods that are popular in Canada. It was a perfect lunch as we walked. Felicia is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things Toronto. Highly recommend!!
Suggested start time 10AM (though can be flexible), meeting at the entrance of St. Lawrence Market. We will spend around 1 hour touring Toronto's famous indoor food market, stopping at some famous stalls to introduce our local food specialities. You will also learn about the history of this famous building and neighbourhood. Next, we will walk to the Distillery District, which is a 10-15 minute walk. Since the Distillery is completely pedestrianized, it is a perfect place to walk around and take in some local history, as well as some gourmand shops. There are also places to sample beer, sake, and gin, all made on the premises.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
