Overview of your Puerto Madryn tour
🚗 Enjoy a comfortable journey with private transportation included. Join me on a journey through Península Valdés, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Patagonia's most extraordinary wildlife destinations. ❤️ Depending on the season and conditions, we may encounter guanacos, rheas, maras, sea lions, elephant seals, and many species of coastal birds. Whether you're passionate about wildlife, photography, or simply enjoying nature, this experience is designed to help you connect with Patagonia in a meaningful and personal way. This private tour includes transportation in a private vehicle with a professional driver, as well as my guiding service. AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND 🐋 Whales: June to early December. 🐧Penguins: September to April.
Your Puerto Madryn tour itinerary
Meeting point in Puerto Madryn: We'll coordinate the most convenient meeting point according to your accommodation or travel plans. Journey to Puerto Pirámides (01:30 hs approx): Enjoy the scenic drive through the Patagonian steppe while learning about the region's history, landscapes, and wildlife. Puerto Pirámides village (01 hour approx): Explore the town and, during whale season, enjoy an optional whale watching tour (not included, this adds an extra 01:30 hs of navigation). Journey to Caleta Valdés (approx. 1 hour) : Drive through the peninsula while keeping an eye out for native wildlife along the way. Caleta Valdés (approx. 1 hr 30 min): Visit one of the most iconic coastal areas, where we may observe elephant seals, sea lions, and other native wildlife, depending on the season. We'll walk the trails, enjoy the spectacular scenery, and, if you wish, stop for lunch at the local restaurant (not included). Return to Puerto Madryn (approx 2 hours). The tour ends at the same meeting point.
