Greetings from Patagonia! My name is Alex and I was lucky to be born and grow up in the amazing city of Puerto Madryn. I like to travel, technology and good food. A few years ago I returned from Buenos Aires with my wife, where I studied and worked for several years, to return to settle in my hometown. I am an enthusiastic and friendly driver-guide who loves to show all visitors what this part of Patagonia has to offer. I like to get out of the normal structure of the regular guide, but at the same time inform and tell everything you expect to know when you arrive at this destination. If you want to visit this destination with a cordial and attentive person, I am the right person, I have been dedicated to tourism and hospitality for several years. I have been working for a long time as a guide driver, so I am familiar with the main tours in the area, mainly mixed with wildlife and adventure, in my comfortable Renault Duster car, where we can safely travel any place and obstacle that crosses our path. way. I have enough experience to give you the tranquility and attention that you are looking for Do you want to get off the beaten path and explore new ones? Well worth me, if you want suggestions for new places I also have them, any adventure is welcome. If you want to change the type of tour and do something walking or cycling, also count on me, there are many ways to explore the main attractions of Puerto Madryn. I am at your disposal to help you explore this place as much as you like and in the way that best suits what you are looking for. I am looking forward to many adventures together, and have unique experiences in one of the best places in the Argentina to see animals. Degree in tourism by Palermo University ( Buenos Aires ) Professional driver's license Port access credentials for shore excursions I am not a licensed guide but i have a degree in tourism, a professional driver's license, and a lot of service vocation

Discover one of the best places in Argentina to see wildlife in Patagonia. The Peninsula Valdes is chosen by different types of animals as a breeding place, so you will have the possibility of witnessing unique moments in nature, crossing different points of the Peninsula Valdes, in a kind of Patagonian safari. The route and the options always depend on the time of year, from June to December we have the option and possibility of boarding a boat to spot the southern right whale in Puerto Piramides (optional activity). Depending on the time of year, you can visit Punta Delgada or Punta Norte, always depending on the reproductive season at the time to see more Sea Lions or Sea Elephants. It should be noted that during our tour of the internal routes in the Patagonian Steppe we will have the possibility of observing a great diversity of terrestrial fauna such as Guanacos, Maras, Choiques, and Gray Foxes among others.
We took a tour of the Peninsula Valdés with Alex and it was amazing! Alex has taken care of us the whole tour, paying attention to every detail. We felt really comfortable with him, his car and his flexibility. We changed plans on the go, asked for a different drop off, he shared with us the necessary info so we can come back safely to our hotel. Always with a smile and suggesting the best for us! We really recommend the experience with him :)
Alex is a very nice and knowledgeable guide. We saw a lot of wildlife and he knew where to be to see everything. We didn't run into many crowds which made for a very nice day. Thanks to Alex for the great experience.
I recently had the pleasure of exploring Puerto Madryn, Argentina, with Alex A as my guide. He took me to some of the most popular spots to observe wildlife and also knew exactly where to find the best photo ops. As a driver, Alex was excellent—safe, professional, and easygoing, which made the journey even more enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how he customized the experience based on my personal interests, making the tour feel personal and unique. I recommend Alex if you are in the area.
This excursion was certainly a big highlight of our time in Argentina. We had it all: penguins, orcas, sea lions, guanacos, rheas. Alex was always obliging through the tour to stop for pictures etc. A more than adequate lunch box was provided. Can highly recommend if you have one day in Puerto Madryn that you do this tour with Alex.
*We star in the morning, around 7:00 to 8:00 AM, after 30 minutes of route we arrived to "El desempeño" where entrance fee is paid (bring Cash about USD 35). *A few minutes more we can see the Ameghino Interpretation Center, where we can use bathrooms and see both gulfs, the Golfo San Jose and the Golfo Nuevo. *Next stop will be at Puerto Piramides 30 minutes from our last stop, here we have the option to make whalewathing in a boat (recomended). *Then we have 1 hour more or less to get to the Caleta Valdes or Punta Norte or Punta Delgada depending on the month, as wildlife migrates from one place to another. *Finally drive back to Puerto Madryn (about 2 hours). The itinerary can be customized according to your preferences and interests.
