Benvinguts a Girona!! My name is Alexia, I'm a local tour guide from Girona, born and raised in this beautiful city that I deeply love. I studied Design and Tourism, and my professional journey has taken me as far as China and Argentina. Living and working in these countries sparked a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a passion for connecting with people from all around the world. Being a tour guide allows me to do just that — meet amazing travellers, share special moments from their journeys, and show them the city I'm so proud to call home. I truly can't imagine doing anything else — guiding is not just my job, it's what I love. I'd be delighted to accompany you and help you discover the magic of Girona. My studies are: Official Licensed Tour Guide of Barcelona and Catalonia. Certificate issued by the Generalitat (Catalan Government) - License number 3006. - Bachelor's degree in Industrial design (IED Barcelona). -Degree of Higher Technician in Guide, Information and Tourist Assistance ( EHTB Barcelona) - Complementary training courses in the history of Catalan Art and history. I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

The tour and the city of Girona exceeded our expectations. Alexia provided a detailed and thoughtful tour of this amazing city that captures the arc of history from the Romans to modern Spain. Alexia was very kind and engaging and her local knowledge of the city and shops added to our enjoyment.

Alexia is the best! She has thorough knowledge of her subject and shares it clearly. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She was very thoughtful and considerate of my need to go slowly with my cane. The three of us had one of the best days of our trip with her.

Alexia! What a wonderful, kind, smart, and knowledgeable person. We are lucky to have met her. She instantly felt like a friend. Her knowledge of the history of girona as well as the Jewish history helped us understand its historical significance. In addition, adding in local culture and restaurant suggestions was super helpful too. We definitely recommend Alexia.
