I am Wendy and I will be your Shore Excursion tour guide - a born and bred true "Kiwi" and very proud of my country! I have been tour guiding for 11 years and grew up in this lovely part of the world. As a child we went on family holidays to the beach in our caravan, spending all day swimming, fishing and exploring nature. I am sure my mother had many anxious moments waiting for our return. I now enjoy riding my Electric bike on the many bike trails within NZ, walking my dogs and eating good food. I left NZ in my early 20's to travel and have world experiences. Always looking to see where I would like to settle down, the desire was to return to NZ and show people a small part of my country by offering Shore Excursions private tours. As a tour guide I will take you to my favourite sights and places off the beaten track. I am a great story teller and enjoy sharing my tales of New Zealand to create lasting memories for you to take home. Come with me on a day of exploration and sightseeing as we tour in my backyard. . . . . . . . The Stunning Bay of Plenty …. with inviting Beaches, Geothermal Activity, Maori Culture, Hobbiton and warm friendly people. We seem to have it all. My tours are flexible and I will work in with your preferences for your day out. We can have an action packed day or take a more leisurely pace ensuring you arrive back at your ship on time. I look forward to welcoming you on board my VW air conditioned van for a day of exploring. I hold a NZ Passenger Service Operators Licence and my van has a NZ safe service certificate. I have traveled extensively though out the world and hold a Teaching English Certificate. No Restrictions

Great great great tour of Tauranga and its surroundings with Wendy! She is a careful and attentive driver and her minivan is spacious and comfortable. She was very accommodating of the accessibility needs of my son. We started by driving along the beautiful coastline then headed up into the hills. We visited an avocado farm and saw kiwis being harvested from rows and rows...

Wendy was very personable and provided a tour with extra touches, including a stop at a private avocado farm. We saw apple orchards, ocean scenery, black swans and local residential areas. Overall a great overview of Tauranga.

Best way to spend our one day in the Rotorua area. We enjoyed our day with Wendy. She is full of so much info and was such a pleasant person. She made sure we saw it all and had fun in the process. She tweaked the group activities so we ended up in the group with the longest time at the geyser. Really helps to have a guide who knows the in and outs of the places we...
