Hello and welcome! My name is Ivan, and I’ve been a full-time tour guide since 2019. As a proud local of Baja California, I’m passionate about sharing the beauty, culture, and flavors of this extraordinary region with visitors from around the world. My journey in the wine industry began in 2013, providing me with over a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the region’s winemaking culture. Over the years, I’ve built strong personal relationships with many of the winemakers and vineyard owners in Valle de Guadalupe. These connections allow me to offer guests a more intimate, behind-the-scenes experience—often visiting hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path wineries. Running is my go-to when I’m not doing tours, especially prepping for half and full marathons. It keeps me energized and inspired.
