My name is Vladimir and I'm originally from the Mayan region of Quintana Roo, an actual descendant of Mayan rebel leaders. I grew up surrounded by the jungle, traditions, cornfields and the Mayan language. From a young age, I learned the value of our history and our land. Over the years, they have become my passion: exploring, studying and sharing the natural and cultural richness of Quintana Roo with people from all over. From Bacalar and Chetumal to Mahahual and the ancient Mayan cities, I've travelled across these places my whole life, first as a curious explorer and now as a professional guide. My mission is simple: to show you this corner of the world through the eyes of a native, so you can have an authentic, intimate and memorable experience.
