Great Experience. The communication the evening before the tour was so nice. Carlos did a wonderful job explaining the history and keeping the kids entertained and engaged. His van had great AC and was easy to find. The groups from the cruise ship seemed huge and it was so nice to just be our family on the tour, he had maps and info books to show us some of the history. He was able to answer any question we had! 10/10 would recommend to any one!
Carlos was outstanding! He gave perfect directions to where we would meet, his car was comfortable and clean, his English was impeccable and he tailored the tour to meet our specific interests and limitations. Clearly a subject matter expert on the pyramids, the ancient history and customs, Carlos made sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Our tour guide Carlos was top notch from providing us with insightful information of the sites to helping my mom climb the stairs of the Mayan temples. He also went out of his way to return an item we left in his van… he is a 5 star tour guide in our books!
BOOK IT! Juan Carlos was NEXT LEVEL. His knowledge, and care of my family including a 6 and 4 yr old was top notch. Made the history fun for kids with visuals (charts, maps, and pictures) While the herds of cruisers were in HUGE groups we arrived 30 minutes before anyone else in a very spacious van all to ourselves. WORTH every penny. By chance there were even many wild monkeys playing on the Mayan Ruins grassy areas and trees. My son and daughter were ecstatic. Cheers to Juan Carlos and his driver.
Once we ride our vehicle it will take 1hr to get to Chacchoen Site, making a quick stop on the road for you to try some local fruits. Once we get to our final destination we will have about 15 mins to use facilities if needed and then start exploring the site. The ruins will take no longer than 1 hr 30 mins and right after we finish the tour we will have about 20 min to see some crafts and use facilities, to finally getting on the vehicle to drive straight back to port or hotel, which will only take about one hour, unless you require some special stops for pictures. NOTE: If you have a specific request please let me know so I can customize the tour for you. For visitors coming on cruise ships please consider docking and boarding time when selecting the excursion.

Modern private minivan with A / C, fits 11 people ,comfortable. All our vehicles are equipped with AC and very comfortable seats. There will be a designated driver plus your own personal tour guide who will be with you at all times. Car models are at least year 2022
