Carlos was very knowledgeable about the ruins and culture. He had wonderful exhibits he used to explain the Mayan people - on his tablet and printed material. The van was comfortable and the driver was great. Loved having the personal touch for our small group.

Great Experience. The communication the evening before the tour was so nice. Carlos did a wonderful job explaining the history and keeping the kids entertained and engaged. His van had great AC and was easy to find. The groups from the cruise ship seemed huge and it was so nice to just be our family on the tour, he had maps and info books to show us some of the history. He was able to answer any question we had! 10/10 would recommend to any one!

Your Costa Maya tour itinerary
Once we ride our vehicle it will take 1hr to get to Chacchoen Site, making a quick stop on the road for you to try some local fruits. Once we get to our final destination we will have about 15 mins to use facilities if needed and then start exploring the site. The ruins will take no longer than 1 hr 30 mins and right after we finish the tour we will have about 20 min to see some crafts and use facilities, to finally getting on the vehicle to drive straight back to port or hotel, which will only take about one hour, unless you require some special stops for pictures. NOTE: If you have a specific request please let me know so I can customize the tour for you. For visitors coming on cruise ships please consider docking and boarding time when selecting the excursion.

As soon as you pass security is where I will meet you, carrying a sign with your name on. Please try not to get entertained inside the pier, I want to make the most of your time. I will be waiting 30 mins before tour departure just in case. HOTEL GUESTS I will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel in Costa Maya.
