Hello there, Selamat Datang. . . Welcome to Penang ! I'm Muhammad Firdauz , a Graduated in Travel & Adventure. I have been guiding as a freelanced guide since 2008. Before this I was working as Tour Operations Coordinator for 4 years in a travel agency in Penang. I am a friendly & patient city Tourist Guide certified by Ministry of Tourism & Culture , Malaysia. I do provide tour guiding service and also transportations for the tours in Penang island and in mainland of Penang (Butterworth). I can speak 3 languages fluently, English , Bahasa Malaysia & Tamil. Other than doing tour in enclaved UNESCO area in Georgetown, I also do take tours out skirt of Georgetown such as Penang Hill & Temple Tour (Kek Lok Si Temple) & ( Sleeping Buddha Temple), Tropical Spice Garden, Penang Batik Factory , Entpoia Butterfly Farm & etc. I can meet & greet my guests at the port or airport , hotels & etc and able to provide the private transportation for them to visit the places of interests. They can pick & choose wherever the places they would like to visit and they also can choose whether they want to book for a full day tour for 8 hours , or half day tour for 4 hours. I am also flexible with the various itineraries proposed for the travellers during their visit to Penang. All my tours can be customised according to your requests. . . 1) Graduated in Travel & Adventure in Hulu Selangor Community College, 2) Licensed Tourist Guide , Ministry of Tourism & Culture (MoTAC) , Malaysia. I am a city guide only but for nature trips, I can hire a nature guide to conduct the tour.
