Hi, I'm Hiroko. Thank you very much for choosing my tour. I've been working as a licensed guide since 2008. I guide mainly for private or small groups (6 travelers) for Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Koyasan, Himeji, Hiroshima(including Miyajima), Naoshima and Teshima islands, Adachi Museum of Art. You can see not only the famous sightseeing spots but not often shown in the guide book. I'm personally interested in the art, modern art and architecture. If you have the same preferences, please let me know. Let's explore the local towns with me! If you have a preference, feel free to ask me before finalizing the tour. -IMPORTANT- I don't take cruise ship passengers based on my business policy. Please find another guide. Thank you for understanding. Guide License No.EN00760 since 2008 *Guide-interpreters without special qualification must not drive a car or a bus for tourists. *The Travel Agency Act prohibits including travel costs (meals, transportation and admission fees) in guide-interpreting fees. *Insurance is not included.

This tour was our second with Hiroko having done a day touring in Osaka the previous day. Once again Hiroko’s communication and local knowledge was invaluable when it came to positioning ourselves when queuing etc. Hiroko’s passion and knowledge in regard to the history and folklore of this sacred and beautiful site was on show and made the tour a very enjoyable and...

The tour was undertaken at a pace that was tailored to suit our age with clear communication and instructions on our modes of transport and destinations. Hiroki’s knowledge of our...

The reality of what happened at Hiroshima is incredibly sad, as it is easy to ignore or forget when it isn’t in front of you. Touring Hiroshima, the surrounding Peace Memorial Park and museum with Hiroko made that reality easier to accept. She was gracious and kind, and was able to tell us important stories. She asked us questions that not only made us reflect on the...

Started at the epic center of the atomic bomb explosion, then walked over to the actual planned target(river) exposing...
