Viktor is an amazing guide! In addition to exploring Old Town, we wanted to learn about the time of Russian occupation. Viktor listened and created a private shore excursion for us which was perfect! He picked us up at the cruise port, drove us to Old Town where he led us on a wonderful walking tour. We then drove to the Soviet-era district for a "Surviving the Late USSR"...

One of the best tours ever! Viktor provided a unique and comprehensive 3.5 hour tour that you won't get from standard tour services. He researched his tour extensively and worked a story into the tour information. It proved us an wonderful insight into Tallinn history since 1902. Highly recommended!!!
