Hi I'm Marie Michelle and I have been Tour Guide in Québec city for 24 years, wow 24 years just writing it makes me jump. How time flies when your having fun. ! I love my profession and grateful to meet great people all the time . I have been making a living out of it since my first year , so for me this is not a second career but a great way to make a living! I also work with middle school students in French immersion from the West coast of Canada and the United States . You know that keeps me on my toes and young at heart . I don't take life too seriously and you are on vacation after all. So doing a tour with me is taking things lightly and to your pace as you learn all about my wonderful city, its history and sometimes , funny stories ! Being of French, yep one of the three hundred founding families of Canada, and Irish descendants you know I like to have fun and laugh! Take a tour with me and learn about our history , our language, and our way of life ! So see you soon ! Tour Guide license of Québec city College degree in tourism Member of the AGTQ ( professional association of tour guides of Quebec) I am not a driver but I can accompany you in your vehicle with pleasure if needed

Marie was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, funny and helped us try out our fledgling knowledge of French. She tailored the tour to our desires and left us with a greater sense of Quebec City and a list of things to do that inspired us. Highly recommended

Marie Michelle was an absolute pleasure! We started our tour early on a brisk morning and she took us to a nearby coffee shop for a warm beverage to accompany our walk. She took the time to understand our interests and what parts of the city we had already seen, then customized our tour accordingly.
