We had a marvelous day trip. with Kamen leaving Sofia at his suggestion at 11am and returning from Plovdiv late so as to avoid being stuck in traffic and this worked well for a leisurely tour with lunch. Kamen is both an accomplished scholar and hiker fitness expert and very helpful accomodating our limited mobility

Excellent. Kamen took me to the Roses, and it was so beautiful. Then we watched some birds and had an excellent lunch at a nearby wineyard hotel. The visit to the rose distillery was informative and I got to meet some very nice locals. Many many thanks to Kamen as the trip was very important to me. The arrangement was very smooth.
