I was born in Manchester and have spent my life surrounded by the people, places and characters that make this such a unique city. Welcome to Manchester. The birth place of the industrial revolution. The home of the world’s first computer and the world’s first passenger railway station. Discover much more and join me on this discovery tour. I will be your personal tour guide, a born and bread Mancunian, tour guide and licensed Taxi Driver for over 20 years. Manchester, famous for it’s rich history, industrial heritage, the Madchester music scene, football tradition and now this "soon to be famous" Taxi Tour! Tours are three hours in duration. This City Centre heritage and sightseeing tour which also includes trips to the famous Manchester football stadiums, Salford Quays and Media City - home of the BBC and ITV. All tours start and end from a Central Manchester location of your choice. Subject to your own mobility, we vacate the vehicle approximately 6 to 8 times during the tour for a short walks and photo opportunities.
