As Manchester's only fully qualified Tour Guide and Taxi Driver, I pride myself on a friendly, professional service. My aim is to make every visitor's trip to Manchester memorable. I have been a Taxi Driver in Manchester for many years, gaining valuable knowledge of the City and wider region, as a Mancunian I have always been interested in the City and all its various aspects. In 2008, I had the opportunity to attend a Tour Guiding course administered by The Institute of Tourist Guiding, this intensive course culminated in examinations, both practical and written. The time spent studying and in practice, led to winning awards and in 2013, I became 'Tourism Star of the Year' for Manchester. This led onto'National Tourism SuperStar of the Year' in 2014.
