Hola! My name is Enrique, Andalusian from birth and at heart. I think my job is fascinating: to make people visit our land get to know our culture, enjoy our monuments and feel our cities and landscapes. The weather is quite warm most of the year, our gastronomy is one of the best in the world, and the very complex history and culture make this land an amazing and really interesting place to enjoy. Roman and Islamic history and heritage everywhere, the best olive oils and hams you can taste, and an important hub of the Spanish Empire period, from where personalities like Columbus or Magellan departed. . . can you imagine how rich is this land? I don't know all the cities in the world (of course!), but there must be very few as my city: Seville. As monumental, as beautiful, as important for the regional and global history. . . This is your tour if you want to discover it, comfortably, from your accomodation or the cruiseship port in Cadiz. Get to know the history of the city (and the world) through the main buildings and areas of Seville strolling its streets. The third largest cathedral in the world, the oldest royal palace in Europe, the famous and tall Giralda, the port from where Columbus or Magellan left, the locations of many known movies, and so so much. This visit includes the tickets to the monuments we visit: cathedral, Giralda belltower, Royal Alcazar and Plaza de España.
Your Cadiz tour itinerary
I will pick you up in Cádiz city (port, hotel or any other accomodation). Once in Seville, we will visit all the highlights of this wonderful city: - Cathedral and Giralda (visit inside). - Royal Alcazar (visit inside). - Santa Cruz, the former jewish quarter (walk through). - Plaza de España (visit). - West Indies Archive (appreciate from outside). - Torre del Oro and Guadalquivir riverside (appreciate from outside). - Bullring (appreciate from outside) - Triana's bridge (stop for taking photos). *There will be time for a lunch break during the tour. **The visit to the secondary monuments depends on the schedule of your cruiseship. The tour can be customised adding the bullring, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol) or any other if having time for it.
