There are so many things I want to say about Ravo and the excellent tour he provided me. The first thing he said to me is that he had a lot of things he wanted to show me about his city, but wanted to know if there "was anything I wanted to focus on". I responded that I wanted to visit a mosque in the city and a half hour into the tour he led me to one! His English is impeccable, but more than that, his demeanour is unmatched. I give him the highest rating possible.

We found Jean Claude very polite and obliging, and his local knowledge was superb and he really did care for us. For example one night we wanted to have an extra look around and walk through the alleyways near our accommodation. JC was very caring and insisted he stay with us and we walk there together - our safety was his top priority. Our driver was also very polite and friendly. I would absolutely, use Tours by Locals and specifically JC again if we had the opportunity.

Rav was a fabulous tour guide. His knowledge of Madagascar was excellent. The guides he used were knowledgeable. At the beginning of the tour, the driver's car broke down. Given that Rav had a wide range of tour guides and drivers, he found another driver very quickly. Most importantly, my husband got sick on our trip with food poisoning. Rav took good care of us and eventually helped us get to a hospital. In fact, he stayed in the hospital with us as well. He is someone you can count on.
