2- Days Indri Indri lemur discovery tour to Andasibe

This 2-day tour from Antananarivo leads you into the lush rainforest of Andasibe, where Madagascar’s wildlife truly comes to life. You’ll come face-to-face with friendly lemurs at the Vakona Reserve, then as night falls, follow your guide into the forest to discover animals that only appear after dark. The next day, you’ll walk through Analamazaotra National Park, listening for the powerful calls of the Indri-Indri, Madagascar’s largest lemur, while learning about the unique plants and animals that live in this ancient forest. The adventure ends with a peaceful drive back to Antananarivo, full of memories and stories.....

PROGRAM DETAILED: Day 1: ANTANANARIVO - ANDASIBE PARK Pick up starts at 7:00 am. We will meet you at the hotel or at the airport and drive for four hours to Andasibe village. Upon arrival in Andasibe, we will drive directly to visit lemurs on their private island at Vakona Reserve. At 6:30pm, enjoy a night walk safari at the park to see nocturnal animals, including small lemurs and endemic reptiles. Note: For comfort, do not forget to bring a raincoat, insect repellent, and a flashlight. Day 2: ANDASIBE VILLAGE - ANTANANARIVO 7:00 AM- Set off on a half-day trek to explore the rainforest of Analamazaotra. During the trek, you will have the opportunity to observe the largest lemur, the babakoto (Indri-indri), as well as many other endemic flora and fauna, including bird species. 13: 30 Pm - After a delightful lunch in Andasibe, we will return on the same road, N°2, to Antananarivo. We will transfer you directly to the airport or to your hotel. End of services!
