I am not a driver, we will take a driver with us. National Parks and Private Reserves have their own local guides, we have to take them obligatory.

Overview of your Antananarivo tour
A Madagascar two days tour ( Tana-Tana ) to discover both some lemurs species in wildlife including the biggest lemur in the world, the Indri Indri and to discover the history of Madagascar. A tour through two walks : visit of the 'Blue Hill-Queen's Palace' and visit of Andasibe NP at about 4 hours drive from Antananarivo ( Tana ). With taking photos of the stunning countryside typical highlands landscape and a walk ( a half day loop trail ) in a populary known National Park for wildlife, a montane evergreen tropical rainforest : Analamazaotra-Andasibe NP. If you want we can change the visit of the Blue Hill-Queen's Palace by a visit of a very typical village to know more about Madagascar peasant life. We can not do both because of lack of time. Your Antananarivo tour itinerary
Day 1: Tana - Andasibe Departure at 7.30 am from your hotel. Visit of the the Blue Hill-Queen's Palace, an authentic place for architecture, for history of Madagascar and of Antananarivo. pm drive to Andasibe Nature Sanctuary with a nocturnal walk there to see rare nocturnal animals (lemurs, frogs, chameleons). Day 2: Andasibe - Tana 3 or 4 hours trekking-visit of Andasibe NP evergreen tropical rainforest to see the biggest lemur in the world (the Indri Indri lemur) and other species of lemurs. With some climbing and go down, to see too a quiet and peaceful green lake. Drive back to Tana with an arrival at your hotel about 6 pm. List of animals we can see there: - Brown mouse nocturnal lemur - Indri Indri - Common brown lemur - Diademed Sifaka lemur - Parson's chameleon (in rainy season) - Short-nosed and sharp-nosed chameleons (in rainy season) This Tour is compliant to the 'Animal Welfare Policy' of ToursBylocals
