4- Discovery Day Tour to Palmarium Reserve and Andasibe National Park

Your adventure begins in Antananarivo, heading east along National Road N°2 towards the lush rainforests of Andasibe. Explore Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, home to the iconic Indri-Indri, and immerse yourself in a rich ecosystem filled with fascinating wildlife, colorful birds, frogs, orchids, and ancient trees. Listen to the haunting calls of the indri echoing through the forest and discover Madagascar’s incredible biodiversity. Continue your journey towards Manambato, where a scenic boat ride across Lake Ampitabe takes you to the secluded Palmarium Reserve. Here, lemurs roam freely through the lush vegetation, offering unforgettable encounters in a natural setting. As night falls, set out on a nocturnal adventure in search of the elusive Aye-Aye. Day 1: ARRIVAL – DRIVE TO ANDASIBE Your guide will meet you at Ivato Airport or your hotel. Drive east along the RN2 to Andasibe, enjoying scenic landscapes and traditional villages. In the evening, enjoy a guided night walk in a community reserve to spot nocturnal wildlife, including mouse lemurs.
