Rav was a fabulous tour guide. His knowledge of Madagascar was excellent. The guides he used were knowledgeable. At the beginning of the tour, the driver's car broke down. Given that Rav had a wide range of tour guides and drivers, he found another driver very quickly. Most importantly, my husband got sick on our trip with food poisoning. Rav took good care of us and eventually helped us get to a hospital. In fact, he stayed in the hospital with us as well. He is someone you can count on.

An incredible experience & unforgettable adventure of a lifetime! Jean Claude (JC) was there every moment of the way & although I had zero expectations & not hard to please, I was blown away by the attentiveness, joyous energy, wonderful sense of humor and overall consideration and compassion. He really went out of his way to ensure I was having the best experience possible! Quick responses & attentive, like I said! He really made sure I was immersed in the experience to get the photos I dreamed of!

JC is a wonderful, caring guide. From the first contact and first greeting at the airport we realized he is really caring, enthusiastic and proud of his country and his services. We always felt safe and well informed on our 10 day tour. We became very close with him and the conversation always flowed, which is good as there are some long drives in Madagascar. His cooking class was fun. Seeing the avenue of the Baobabs and Tsingy Forest was special. The Lemur park was amazing.
