From Kyoto’s thousand years of being the home of royalty, aristocracy, religious and political leaders, respecting time while eating appears to me a key to enjoying and being surprised by the food. From a lovely older couple who run their Michelin starred Soba noodle restaurant owners who focus off the quality of their customers’ experience as much as they do their award-winning broth dishes. soba with special broth, aroma deep flavor you will remember cozy, family owned, intimate and small. To the fun okonomiyaki, a kind of vegetable pancake that is mostly popular in Osaka, but Kyoto has its own take and again the smallest the shops the more special the experience and food. The staff at my favorite okonomiyaki shop really respect the customers and their time in their shop. Their approach is to make their okonomiyaki fluffy and light, much like the best French omelets, and which is served on a hot plate. I always try my best to get prepared for you to enjoy your visit to my home country. I just got national tour conductor license. I'm constantly learning to be able to provide an enriching experience.
