The Palladian Villas with an Art Historian

Francesca is a lovely, intelligent, articulate guide. I was bowled over by actually seeing La Rotonda (which I studied about 13 years ago in a class through videos and photos), and she understood my emotional response to the villa. While my husband was free to roam around and to join into the conversation and presentation when "convenient", I learned aspects of Palladian design and of La Rotonda in particular, that were new to me. I had a GREAT time, and Roger enjoyed himself, as well.
