I was born in Sorrento in 1965 and I have always lived there. I'm a limousine driver since 1999 as my professional driver's certificates say. I have been working with the best limousine car service companies in the area and collaborated with the most exclusive hotels in Sorrento, Positano, Naples, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Finally, in 2004 I decided to buy the NCC (Noleggio Con Conducente - car rental with driver) license, realizing my lifetime dream to be an independent private driver! I am happy to drive you in my luxury van with full air conditioning to discover the hidden treasures of our area. You can sit back and relax and let me show you the places that we locals feel and you will never forget. While you are visiting Naples or the surrounding area by a cruise ship or staying in a local hotel, why not let us welcome you to the best of this area. We can escort you on a private and exclusive tour of the Amalfi coast, Pompeii, Sorrento etc. I will come to pick you up with full air conditioned Van which can hold 8 passengers. Because of the size of my vehicle, it means that if the tour has been booked for just 2 people and then they decide to bring other friends with them, they are free to do this without an extra charge. Please Note: I am a local tour guide in Naples and Sorrento-Amalfi Coast are, So I not do Tours In Rome city. But In case you want to do a tour in my area and you stay in Rome I can come to pick you up in Rome. Pick up in Rome is more expensive, an alternative is to take the fast train who in one hour take you in Naples and then you can do any tour from Naples. Please note. -The tours are private just for you. -the price is per vehicle, not per person. If the customer invites other friends for up to eight people no problem. There will be no additional costs required for eventual extra people I work as driver/giude from 1999, and start my own busnees in the 2004. From 2009 recommended by Frommers I am licensed "commercial driver/guide". I cannot do a guided tour of Archeological or historical sites like Pompeii, museums etc as "local city guides" do. But I am happy with telling stories and legends along the way.

Overview of your Salerno tour

Salerno is located at the end of the Amalfi Coast and can also be reached from Naples and Pompeii via the A3 motorway. Pompeii which is one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world can be reached in about 20 minutes from Salerno, and with another 45 minutes from Pompeii we can reach one of the most beautiful destinations in the Gulf of Naples, Sorrento. While from Sorrento we can also reach Positano by making a few stops along the spectacular Amalfi coast to take some beautiful photos in about an hour. HIGHLIGHTS * Drive along the famous Amalfi Coast and bay of Naples. * Photo stop along the coastline. * Free time to stroll the beautiful traffic free lanes of Positano. * Free time in Sorrento. * 2 hours in the ruins of Pompeii.

We had a great day with Angelo exploring the Amalfi Coast. We really didn’t have a set plan other than wanting to see the coast and make it to Sorrento, and Angelo took care of the rest. Along the way, he chose Ravello and Positano for our stops, and both were great choices. We had plenty of time to explore and enjoy the scenery before heading to Sorrento for a late lunch. From there, we made our way back to the cruise ship with plenty of time. A great, easy way to experience the Amalfi Coast in a day. Book with confidence!

The tour was fine and Angelo was very good, but our tour was less than perfect due to extremely bad weather which was not the fault of Angelo. I would definitely use the services of toursbylocals and highly recommend to friends and family.

Your Salerno tour itinerary

•Meet you to your hotel or pier in Salerno at the stipulated time. •Then we'll drive along the bay of Naples and by the Sorrento Coast where we can have a couple stops to get beautiful pictures. •Then we stop right in the main square of Sorrento where you can have free time to explore this wonderful town. •Then we'll find ourselves driving down-hill directly through Positano, we will descend the winding one-way road, bypassing many picturesque houses and shops, and arrive in the heart of the town, at "Piazza dei Mulini" who is the last point where we can get by car, we park our car and as in Sorrento you have free time for visit Positano denominated the jewel of The Amalfi coast, walk downtown etc. and if requested stop for lunch. •Then drive to Pompeii for the amazing visit of the Roman city. After 2 hours we drive back to Salerno Please note:We are always open to other suggestions or changes, in accordance with you.
