My passion for exploring ancient cultures and understanding the intricacies of language has driven me to pursue this unique combination of studies. I love uncovering the stories of the past and connecting them with the present through the power of language. As you wonder at the majesty of Mount Vesuvius, take in the history of the ancient city of Pompeii, and eat the world famous Neapolitan pizza, I want your trip to be seamless and stress-free while I inspire you with history and stories from the south of Italy. Each moment in our lives counts, and as your licensed guide, we get to skip the long lines at Pompeii and I will personally guide you to make the most of your time and know the most important aspects of this ancient Roman city. I first came to Italy inspired by the culture, history and people. My fascination for Italy intensified as I devoted several years to the study of Italian archaeology and art. This led to my becoming a professionally qualified local tour guide. My love for Asian culture has provided me balance and expanded my worldview (I previously lived in China for 5 years, where I learned to speak fluent Mandarin and now I am studying Japanese). In addition to my passion for all things Italy, my interests include music, dance, and Italian cuisine (I'm a big sweet tooth and Italian foodie!). I enjoy working with all people regardless of race, age, or sexual orientation. I particularly enjoy working with children and witnessing their awe as they first experience these Italian sites. My previous experiences have given me a unique perspective on these areas and I continue to learn from everyone I meet. I strongly believe that each person on this earth is unique, inspiring and has something to share. And I would love to share my passion for Naples and the Amalfi coast with you! - I'm a licensed Tour Guide and I'm able to guide you inside museums, archaeological areas , cities - Bachelor degree in Oriental Languages from Italian University L'Orientale, Naples, Italy - Specialist degree in International Relations from Russian State University for the Humanities, Moscow, Russia - Chinese Proficiency Test HSK level 5 I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.
