I live close to the beautiful town of Killarney. I qualified with a BA(hons) at the National University of Ireland - University College Cork. By studying History and Geography locally, I have lots of extra local knowledge to share with guests on my tours. I completed my masters (MSc) in Dublin, so have also spent time in our capital city. I am married with 2 children, and have 20 years experience in tourism throughout Ireland. I have guided for many world famous tour companies, from student groups to VIP tours. For the last 5 years I have been a tour guide in my local area, and love guiding private tours and ensuring everyone has a great time. The most important thing for me is that everyone who joins my tour has a great time. The great thing about a private tour, is that you can decide how much information and commentary you wish me to share with you, but I am equally happy for us to relax and listen to some great Irish music! -Depart from Killarney and make our way west towards the Dingle Peninsula. -Take a brief stop at Inch Beach for photos and a coffee stop, and maybe even a stroll by the ocean. -Continue our route along the Dingle Peninsula! We will vary the exact route depending on your interests! -Our tour continues along the most westerly route in Europe, known as the Slea Head drive. We can stop to visit the ancient dwellings, and to take photos of this dramatic section of the Atlantic coast. -Enjoy time in the charming town of Dingle, with a chance to have lunch in one of the charming pubs. We will adapt the tour as we go according to your interests - you are free to adapt the itinerary!
