Hi, as a native of County Kerry in the South West of Ireland I have worked most of my life in the county. I was a member of An Garda Síochána, (Irish Police Force) for 32 years. I retired and decided to follow another passion of mine and thus undertook a professional Tour Guiding course and became a Fáilte Ireland (Irish Tourist Board) approved Tour Guide. Having always enjoyed going on tour nationally and internationally, I have enjoyed some beautiful sites around the world including the Great Ocean road in Australia and being in some of Australia's wilderness. I have also visited some of the magnificent sites of America, the Niagara Falls, the Grand Canyon, the Pacific Coast Highway and some beautiful Canadian and American cities. Closer to home I have been in many parts of Europe and its cities and sights and lastly my most proud holiday achievement - mountain climbing in the Alps and reaching its pinnacle - Mont Blanc, standing on it's summit on 25th August 1997. However Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way (Coastal Touring Route) along Ireland's rugged west coast is as beautiful or better than any. As a professional Tour Guide I have brought both small and large groups on tour around Ireland. I am also the holder of a Small Public Service Vehicle Licence, I have my own Limousine vehicle and specialise in tailor made tour itineraries which match my client's needs. In addition, as an experienced hillwalker and lover of the great outdoors, I can also lead clients on outdoor walking trails. * Fáilte Ireland Trained and Approved Tour Guide, (Badged). * Qualified in Occupational First Aid. * Holder of Public Service Drivers Licence aproved by NTA (National Transport Authority). * Holder of Minibus and Full Coach Licence, Classes D and D1. * Member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM). * All vehicles used are fully Licensed and insured for passenger transport in accordance with EU Law. I am not restricted from access to any public sites in Ireland, but some state owned sites provide their own guides of the interior of the sites and two examples of this in the Killarney Area are Ross Castle and Muckross House.

This is a very relaxing day tour where you will enjoy travelling along some of Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way and enjoy some breathtaking views on the Dingle Peninsula. We will stop at Inch on the south side of the peninsula, for Views of Inch Strand and Dingle Bay, before travelling onto Dingle, an old style coastal fishing town and home to the movie Ryan's Daughter which showed the beauty and splendour of the Dingle Peninsula to the world in the early 1970's. From Dingle we will make our way around Slea Head Drive where we will travel narrow roads with spectacular scenery and views of the Blasket Islands from Slea Head. As an option we can also visit the Blasket Island Information Centre. Dunquin Pier is also worth a visit as is Gallarus Oratory an early Christian church from the 7th/8th century. We will then make our way back into Dingle for a late lunch and some free time for you to explore this beautiful town. In the afternoon we will make our way back to your accommodation in Killarney town.
Paddy was amazing. He picked us up promptly at the designated time. He took us on the tour of Slea Head/Dingle Peninsula, educating us along the way regarding the flora and fauna, Gaelic words, geology and history. We never felt rushed, he was very pleasant and friendly, and I feel very lucky to have had him as our guide. Truly wonderful experience for me and my family.

Meet and greet at the agreed location, your Acccommodation, *See some rural countryside while travelling to Milltown and Castlemaine and then turning left onto the Dingle Peninsula and along some of Ireland's Wild Atlantic way, I will answer your questions. * Stopping at Inch for overviews of the Beach or walking on the beach which featured in the Movie Ryans Daughter. * Continue onto Dingle and drive the Slea head Route with probably the best coastal views on Ireland's west coast with panoramic views of the Blanket Islands. * Continue with optional stops at Dunquinn Pier, Gallarus Oratory, or the Blasket interpretive Centre. * Return to the Fishing Port Town of Dingle for late Lunch and some free time to explore this picturesque Town. *Return to Killarney in the afternoon. * A final stop at Aghadoe en route for a Photo Op of the Killarney Valley. * Return to your Accommodation.
