Overview of your Killarney tour:

Killarney National Park comprises a series of wondrous landscapes carved from the slopes of Ireland's highest mountain range. Following a break for lunch in Kenmare, we discover some of the best rural scenery found anywhere in Ireland as we explore the narrow lanes that wind through secluded valleys and passes below the MacGillycuddy's Reeks. Bring your camera, phone or absolutely any device that takes photos and capture wonderful images, improving your photography with ongoing tips and advice, or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the tour of all the fabulous and scenic locations that we'll visit. This tour is ideal for any level of interest, ability and experience of photography and I'm also more than happy to use my photography skills to capture wonderful memories of you and your group in this amazing landscape. This tour can begin and end anywhere in Co. Kerry and I can customize this tour to your exact requirements upon request.

Your Killarney tour itinerary

- After meeting in or around Killarney we capture the lakeside scenic views of Ross Castle and take in the charismatic ruins of Muckross Abbey. We can also take a short stroll though the moss-covered trees that enfold the forest trail to Torc Waterfall. - We tour along the lakeside road, stopping in for wonderful views at the water's edge as well as the enthralling vista at Ladies View. We then continue to the viewpoint at Moll's Gap and the picturesque town of Kenmare, with time for you to take lunch and look around the galleries and shops. - Leaving Kenmare, we drive into the Black Valley, exploring the remote valleys, farmlands, woodlands, lakes, and peat bogs that are enclosed by the MacGillycuddy's Reeks. - Following the narrow single-track roads, we travel as far as the iconic ruin of Molly's Cottage, close to the end of the Black Valley, before heading through the amazing scenery found in the Gap of Dunloe. - We arrive back in Killarney during the early evening.
